OUR SERVICES:
Couple Coaching
This service offering is a private couple coaching for married couples that consists of 8 sessions where couples will work through marriage protection strategies, understanding the marriage covenant, respecting and protecting your marriage, intentionality, non-negotiables, and the importance of community and connection.
Workshops
The Live Experience is a one day, in-person experience for couples to empower their relationship through interactive activities, exercises, and projects in a workshop or retreat style format. This is sponsored by the requesting organization.
Retreats
We are subject matter experts and experienced Keynote speakers in the areas of marriage and relationships. Our keynote ranges anywhere from 20 minutes to one hour depending on the event.

Power Couples Rock exists to build a collective community by implementing purposeful pathways to develop masterful marriages. Our purpose is to encourage, inspire, and support one another in order to have a masterful marriage. As founders of Power Couples Rock, we have been married for over 30 years. We are committed to honoring the first institution ordained by God. Over thirteen years ago, we founded Power Couples Rock, LLC (formerly CK Committed), a ministry that focuses on strengthening marriages and families.
This ministry has allowed us to facilitate numerous retreats and workshops throughout the Midwest and Southeast regions of the country as well as abroad to West Africa.
The Power Couples Rock podcast is designed to inform, inspire, and engage you in living out the married life God intended for every couple. Join Carlos, Katherine, Chris & Sonya as they provide insight and great conversation regarding all areas of a Power Couple’s life and they also celebrate who the “Rock” is in their marriages.
